Internal evalutaion system

MULTI-LINGUA introduced and applies the ISO 9001:2001 quality control system. The requirements for the quality control of the translation process were developed by the Association of Hungarian Translation Companies (MFE) and the system is regularly certified by CERTOP Quality Control and Quality Assurance Service Providers.
We would like all of our contracted workers to become familiar with the stringent requirements set by our quality control system. Our internal evaluation system was developed to enable the monitoring of the quality of our translators’ work and because we feel it benefits not only MULTI-LINGUA, but also our competent and reliable contractors and customers.
The following are some of the criteria that we check at random regarding all of our subcontractors. These criteria also help our translators to recognize problems and to help in finding a solution. We thank you in advance for your interest and hope that your cooperation will add to the success of our quality control system.

MULTI-LINGUA assesses the abilities of the translator in the following areas:

• keeping deadlines
• performing exhaustive work
• availability and ease of access
• proper equipment
• the positive or negative results of our internal quality assessment
• the positive or negative feedback of our customer
• arising problems and how those are handled
