- If the document cannot be transferred electronically or other supplementary materials are involved, we offer a courier service for document pick-up and delivery within the Budapest metro area at no additional charge.
- If our regular office hours are incompatible with your project's demands, we will provide you with a mobile telephone number through which you can contact one of our staff members in an emergency.
- We guarantee confidentiality for every project, but if additional assurance is needed we will sign any special confidentiality agreement your organization requires.
- We keep "translation memory" files for all of our clients so that any future material to be translated will be consistent with what has already been delivered. Translation memory is client-specific, because we know that every client uses different terminology and has different needs in their communications.
