The new solution will combine the capabilities of Lionbridge’s cloud-based translation memory and IBM’s Real-Time Translation Services (RTTS).
According to the analyst firm Common Sense Advisory, 99% of enterprise content is never translated. This is mainly attributable to the time and cost barriers of human translation, the deployment barriers of machine translation services, and the quality barriers of freeware machine translation applications. This new partnership aims at eliminating these obstacles and will increase translation quality and efficiency.
