Interactive database for translators

Fordit.hu has uploaded videos, altogether 24 hours long, in Translators’ database (Fordítói tudástár), giving useful information on the latest scientific and market news of the translation profession.

Videos recorded at the Translators and Interpreters Autumn Conference 2010 (Budapest) can also be found on the website, even earlier materials have been uploaded from 2007. Videos can never substitute for your personal presence; nevertheless they may serve many important bits of the latest news for the ones interested in the profession. Some of the main topics: presentations about translation softwares, panel discussions on the situation of translation market, translation law/act?, etc. Some of the uploaded videos and writings can bee freely accessed; however, some can only be accessed by members of fordit.hu.
